Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BookedIRL. By using BookedIRL, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BookedIRL. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the service.

BookedIRL helps users discover service providers, create profiles and service listings, request bookings, and message after a booking is accepted. BookedIRL may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not use BookedIRL if you are not legally allowed to use the service or if you are under 18, or if your account has been suspended or removed.

You are responsible for the photos, profile details, service listings, messages, and other content you submit. You grant BookedIRL permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You may not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. You may not use BookedIRL to offer or request escort services, sexual services, illegal services, or services that exploit or endanger another person.

Users are responsible for their own interactions, services, scheduling, pricing, communications, and offline conduct. Be honest about services offered and requested, including any licenses, qualifications, pricing, timing, and availability. Do not use BookedIRL to threaten, spam, scam, impersonate, discriminate, or violate another person's rights.

BookedIRL is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services arranged between users.

BookedIRL does not currently process in-app payments for services. If payment features become available, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Additional payment, payout, refund, tax, or provider terms may apply.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe it is necessary to protect users, BookedIRL, or the service.

BookedIRL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user's expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedIRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as BookedIRL changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and take additional steps where required by law.
